A business leader has much to think about.  The answers to these questions are some of the key ingredients to the recipe that will define your outcomes in the coming year.  There is one ingredient however, that you may not have listed as you thought about these important aspects of business…   yeast.

My Morning Shake

Talk about a great way to start the morning…  First, I put the coffee on, then I throw this stuff in a blender…  Give it a try.

1 Scoop of GNC Superfoods Supreme Powder

1 Scoop of GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 Protein Powder

1 Handful of frozen blueberries

 

1 Handful of ice

1 Cup of Silk Soymilk

6-8oz of water.

Blend and chug before your coffee!!
